Welcome to NotGPT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NotGPT mobile application (the "App") operated by Fuyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account via third-party services (e.g., Apple, Google). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
The App is designed to detect AI-generated content in both text and images, and assist in humanizing text. While we strive for high accuracy, the results are provided as a probability score and should be used as a reference tool, not as a definitive judgment.
When you upload images for AI detection analysis, the App processes visual elements including any faces that may appear in photos. This processing is solely for AI content detection purposes and does not involve facial recognition, biometric identification, or identity verification.
The content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Fuyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
When you submit content (including text and images) to the App for analysis, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our detection and humanization services. We will not share your specific content with third parties. Images and any face data they contain are immediately deleted after processing.
The 'Humanize' feature generates rewritten text based on your input. We do not claim ownership of the humanized text, but we are not responsible for its subsequent use. Users should review and edit the generated text to ensure it meets their needs and originality requirements.
We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy to provide AI detection services. This includes processing text and images you submit, including any face data in images, solely for AI content detection purposes. We use Google Analytics to collect usage data for improving our service. For complete information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the App:
• In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• To submit illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
• To engage in academic dishonesty. The App is a tool to promote authenticity, not to facilitate cheating.
• To reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• For any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
Certain features of the App are available through paid subscriptions. Free users are limited to 2 detections per day (text and image detection combined). Paid subscriptions (Weekly: $4.99, Monthly: $9.99, Yearly: $79.99) provide unlimited access to text detection, image detection, and humanization features.
Our refund policy is subject to the terms of the platform from which you made the purchase (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Please refer to their respective policies.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account by deleting it within the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fuyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
